Marketing a listed property is at the very heart of any sales campaign and reaching the widest possible market is obviously crucial.  Historically, apart from agency window displays and flyers, newspaper and glossy magazine property supplements were the mainstay of listing campaigns.  But the advent of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Google amongst others has greatly altered the advertising landscape – and the power of social media as a marketing tool should not be underestimated!
